Migrating from Opsgenie?

Atlassian is sunsetting Opsgenie in April 2027. Don't just replace your alerting tool — upgrade to AI-powered incident investigation.

What's Happening

Atlassian announced End of Sale for Opsgenie on June 4, 2025 and End of Support on April 5, 2027. After that date, access will be shut off, unmigrated data will be deleted, and APIs will stop working. The recommended migration path is Jira Service Management — but community feedback has been overwhelmingly negative, with engineers describing JSM as "a ticketing system with alerting layered on top." The migration tool only supports Cloud — Data Center customers have no automated path at all.
