About CauseFlow

AI that investigates production incidents, so your engineers don't have to.

Our mission

Make production reliability accessible to every engineering team — not just the ones with six-figure observability budgets. We believe the next decade of software will be defined by how fast teams ship AI-generated code, and how fast they can recover when that code breaks. CauseFlow exists to close that gap.

Why we built CauseFlow

Why is a machine still waiting on a human to correlate logs?

I spent 13 years in engineering, the last years as an Engineering Manager leading SRE, Security, and GenAI teams at Pagaleve, a Brazilian fintech. Production incidents weren't an occasional fire — they were a weekly ritual. System down. War call on Slack. Seven engineers scrolling through CloudWatch, GitHub commits, and stale dashboards, trying to piece together what broke. Hours lost. Post-mortem written in a rush the next morning.

One question kept coming back: why is a machine still waiting on a human to correlate logs?

The tools that existed were built for U.S. enterprises with compliance teams, six-figure budgets, and English-speaking engineers. For most teams in Brazil and Latin America, they were either unaffordable, inaccessible, or — and this is the part nobody talks about — impossible to adopt because they required shipping sensitive production data to a vendor's cloud. Finance, healthcare, and regulated industries just couldn't say yes.

So we built CauseFlow. An AI agent that investigates incidents the way your best on-call engineer would — except it runs inside your infrastructure, masks sensitive data before anything leaves your environment, and delivers a root-cause timeline in minutes. Not a chatbot. Not a summarizer. An investigator.

What makes us different

Principles, not slogans.

Privacy by architecture, not by policy

A Docker agent runs inside your infrastructure and masks PII, secrets, and sensitive debug data before transmission. GDPR Article 25 and LGPD-aligned by design — not by a pinky promise.

Usage-based pricing

No seat licenses. No annual contracts. You pay for what you use, which means we only win when you win.

Built by engineers who lived the 3 AM

Every product decision is pattern-matched against real incident response — not a PM's whiteboard.
